Perfectly suited to a wide variety of MTB applications, the Shimano Deore XT 11-Speed Rear Derailleur derailleur deliver race-worthy performance without breaking the bank.
The Shimano XT M8000 11 speed rear mech gives crisp and quick shifting. The clutch mechanism keeps your chain on your ring and stops the mech and chain bouncing around. The Shadow design means the mech is low-profile so the chances of smacking it on a rock are reduced.
The XT 11-speed drivetrain works great and really is excellent value for money in comparison to the competition. Available in long or medium cage options, its generally best to pick the medium cage mech unless your drivetrain requires the long cage options.
