- ACTIVE INGREDIENT: Each mini capsule contains esomeprazole 20 mg, an acid reducer (each delayed-release mini capsule corresponds to 22 mg esomeprazole magnesium dihydrate). Compare to the active ingredient of Nexium 24HR ClearMinis.
- ACID REDUCER: Esomeprazole magnesium deactivates acid-producing pumps in the stomach lining to inhibit acid production at the source. May take 1 to 4 days for full effect, not intended for immediate relief.
