Byzance 20" Extra Dry Thin Ride — MADE IN TURKEY — Hand Hammered B20 Bronze, 2-YEAR WARRANTY

Byzance Extra Dry cymbals look raw but are meticulously hand-hammered for a refined sound. Designed for a dry, fast, and trashy tone, they deliver explosive grit at high volumes and soft white noise when played lightly. Crashes, splashes, and chinas cut through with raw intensity. Hihats and rides offer crisp definition with a trashy edge. Crafted in Turkey from cast B20 bronze, each cymbal is shaped by skilled smiths. Splashes, crashes, hihats, and effects feature lathed undersides for a smooth feel and warmer tones, while rides stay unlathed for sharp articulation. The Transition Ride stands out with a lathed bottom that’s polished to a brilliant finish.

• HAND HAMMERED IN TURKEY: formed by artisans to refine thickness, shape, tone, and feel—each Byzance cymbal is truly one of a kind
• B20 BRONZE ALLOY: composed of 80% copper and 20% tin, this alloy produces a rich, complex sound with a wide dynamic range—perfect for nuanced playing
• RAW YET REFINED: Byzance Extra Dry cymbals are dry, fast, and trashy with deep complexity; the extensive hand hammering creates uneven thickness for organic overtones
• LESS SUSTAIN AND WASH: the whole surface lacks the fine grooves from lathing to shorten and focus the sustain, boosting dry articulation and stick definition
• UNHAMMERED BELL: retains a brighter, more ringing quality to cut through; this gives the cymbal a distinct shift in tone from bow to bell
• SIZE AND TYPE: 20" thin ride
• MODERN MEETS TRADITION: hand hammered with old-world techniques, designed for today’s demands
