Atomic Backland 78 W Alpine Touring Skis

The Atomic Backland 78w Alpine Touring Ski is the perfect choice for high-alpine mountaineering, as well as fitness skiing. A balanced combination of light weight and powerful edge grip will make getting to the summit easy, and the ride back down enjoyable.

Offering an impressive combination of light weight, comfort, and functionality, the new Atomic Backland 78 W is the perfect choice for female alpine tourers who love the uphill as much as they like the down. Built with the same Ultra Light Woodcore construction used in Atomic’s World Cup Skimo skis, and sporting a versatile 78mm waist, this ski is a speedy and agile climber. HRZN Tech inserts in the shovels increase surface area, giving the Backland 78w an amazing amount of float for a narrower ski. Backcountry skiers seeking a perfect tool for larger springtime objectives, or a social after-work fitness lap will be equally impressed with this ski.
