The Optilab PD-30B is a highly linear, 30 GHz bandwidth InGaAs PIN photodetector, perfect for O/E front-ends needing wide band frequency response. Its coplanar waveguide photodiode design enhances speed and sensitivity across 1260 nm to 1610 nm wavelengths, ensuring a 30 GHz frequency response suitable for digital and analog uses. The front-illuminated mesa-structured PIN design accommodates high input power up to 30 mW.
